What each folder is for

Where to start

Four files get you most of the way: _system/glossary.md, company/identity.md, company/offering.md and company/customers.md. After those an AI stops guessing about you. Everything after that is depth.

A file that does not apply should say so in one line rather than being deleted. An explicit "not applicable, here is why" is information. A missing file is just ambiguous.
